Terms and Conditions
for booking a room via www.penzionsiesta.sk
1. General Provisions
These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of products and services on the website www.penzionsiesta.sk. They define and specify the rights and obligations of the seller, which is: Andrea Mudráková PENZIÓN SIESTA, with registered office at Hlavná 167, 952 01 Vráble, Company ID: 30 759 251, VAT ID: 1027698672, VAT Reg. No.: SK1027698672.
The relationship between the seller and the buyer – consumer, not governed by these terms and conditions, is subject to the Civil Code (Act No. 40/1964 Coll.) and the Consumer Protection Act (Act No. 250/2007 Coll.). The relationship between the seller and the buyer – entrepreneur, not governed by these terms and conditions, is subject to the Commercial Code.
2. Order
The buyer orders selected services by filling in the electronic order form. The buyer is obligated to check and, if necessary, correct the order before submitting it. Once submitted, the order becomes binding, and mutual rights and obligations between the buyer and the seller arise—meaning the seller agrees to provide the ordered services, and the buyer agrees to pay the purchase price for these services.
By submitting the order, the buyer confirms they have read and unconditionally agree with the terms and conditions available on the website www.penzionsiesta.sk. These terms and conditions form an integral part of the purchase agreement concluded by completing and submitting the order.
3. Product Prices
The prices of products and services can be found in the order or on the website: https://www.penzionsiesta.sk/sk/rezervacia/
4. Payment Method
Online card payment is processed immediately after filling out and submitting the order form and confirming the payment details in the payment gateway.
5. Payment Options
Payments are processed via the Global Payments s.r.o. gateway, which provides secure technology for accepting card payments and online bank transfers.
Available payment options: Online by card: VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
6. Delivery Time
When placing an order, the buyer specifies the exact date for using the service. Any changes to the reservation (such as date, number of persons, etc.) after confirmation are possible only if allowed by the hotel’s operational and/or capacity possibilities. Customers have no legal claim to make changes after confirmation.
If the customer requests a change that cannot be fulfilled due to operational or capacity reasons, the operator is not obliged to grant the request. The operator has the right to deny such a request, and the customer is not entitled to compensation or any other financial or non-financial fulfillment.
If the customer fails to use the reserved services for any reason or without providing a reason (no-show), they are not entitled to any refund, alternative service, or compensation.
Once the service agreement is concluded remotely, the customer is not entitled to withdraw from it under § 7 (6)(k) of Act No. 102/2014 Coll. on consumer protection in distance contracts.
The customer may request a reservation change or cancellation via phone or email through the hotel reception, where the date can be changed by mutual agreement.
7. Website Content Responsibility
The website content may be updated without prior notice, and services may be modified at any time without prior notice.
8. Personal Data Protection
Andrea Mudráková PENZIÓN SIESTA commits to respecting the confidentiality of your personal data, which is secured against unauthorized access and protected against misuse. The data provided in the order is necessary for identifying you as the buyer.
Your personal data is stored in a securely protected database and is not provided to third parties.
9. Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 3 days before arrival. If the reservation is canceled less than 3 days before arrival, the guest will be charged the full price of the first night including VAT.
10. Alternative Dispute Resolution
The relevant body for alternative dispute resolution with Andrea Mudráková PENZIÓN SIESTA (www.penzionsiesta.sk) as the seller is the Slovak Trade Inspection, which can be contacted at: Central Inspectorate of SOI, Department of International Relations and ADR, Prievozská 32, P.O. Box 29, 827 99 Bratislava, or electronically at ars@soi.sk or adr@soi.sk. Another authorized legal entity listed in the register maintained by the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic may also be chosen (the list is available at https://www.mhsr.sk/…).
The customer has the right to choose which of these entities to contact. Customers may also use the online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

11. Final Provisions
These terms and conditions come into effect on 01.03.2025. The seller reserves the right to change them without prior notice.
