ONLINE CHECK-IN, CHECK-OUT, PAYMENT
The guesthouse does not have a permanent reception; it operates as a self-service accommodation.
Both payment and check-in are done online before arrival.
1. Your booking confirmation includes a PIN for logging into the My Alfred app, where you can manage your entire reservation.
2. The app can be accessed via any web browser https://app.alfred.cz.
Complete the online check-in and online payment if you booked through a reservation portal.
3. Once these steps are completed, the app will display your room number and the entry code for the building.
4. At the building entrance, near the staircase, you will find a box where you need to enter the same code on the keypad. This will open a compartment containing your keys.
5. Take your keys and settle in. Your code is valid from 14:00 on the day of arrival until 10:00 on the day of departure. You can also use the key box during your stay to store your room keys so you don’t have to carry them with you.
6. At the end of your stay, please return the room keys to the box by entering your code again.
If payment by invoice has been agreed in advance, you only need to complete the online check-in to receive your entry code for the building and key box.
At the end of your stay, we recommend completing the online check-out in the app. Clients will receive a reminder about this on their departure day.
