Cancellation Policy and Fees

Individual Reservations:
Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge no later than 3 days before arrival. If the reservation is cancelled less than 3 days before arrival, the guest will be charged the price of the first night of the reservation. The guest will be prompted to make the payment for the reservation 3 days before arrival. If the payment is not completed, the reservation may be cancelled. If the reservation is made less than 3 days before arrival, it must be paid in full, otherwise the reservation will not be considered valid. If the guest shortens the stay upon arrival or during the stay, the original reservation price will be charged in full.

Group Reservations:
Group bookings of 4 or more rooms: If the client has an agreed invoice payment, the provider may require a deposit of 50% of the total amount for the group reservation.
